Do I have to pay for the initial consultation?

No! I offer a free 30-minute initial consultation. This is a way for us to get to know each other and determine if we are a good fit.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes. I do offer an easy online payment system that allows for credit card payments.

Does my business have to be based in Denver?

No, I serve all of Colorado.

Do you work with nonprofits?

Yes. I have a soft spot in my heart for nonprofits.  I do help charitable organizations with their formation, tax-exemption applications, contracts and more.

Can you help me file a lawsuit/draft a will/or file a patent application?

I am strictly a transactional business attorney, which means I create contracts that will hopefully keep you out of litigation. But conflicts happen, and sometimes litigation is the answer.  Further, patent law is a very specialized practice and is beyond my scope. And while I do recommend that everyone have an estate plan in place, I do not offer trust and estate services. If you do need any of these services, I do have an extensive network of fellow attorneys that I can refer you to. Please complete our contact form and make a note of your request and I can get you pointed in the right direction.
